Transwater, together with Emerson, successfully hosted the Global Frame Agreement (GFA) Showcase Event at Resorts World Kijal on 20 August 2025. The event brought together key stakeholders including customers, PETRONAS representatives, Transwater’s East Coast Operations team, and Business Units (BUs) Heads from Transwater HQ.
The showcase highlighted Transwater’s achievements in GFA control valve utilisation and cost optimization, alongside the introduction of new technologies designed to meet customer needs and enhance operational efficiency. A key milestone of the event was the official launch of Transwater’s Customer Careline, officiated by Puan Roslina Yahya, Senior General Manager, Sales BUs and Regionals, reinforcing our commitment to service excellence and post-sales support.
The event also featured insightful presentations by Mr. Che Wan Zusaimi bin Che Wan Abd Ghani, Assistant General Manager, Sales (FCV), and Mr. Hee Wei Yew, Assistant General Manager, Process & Plant Services, both from Transwater, as well as Mr. Ravisankar Ragupathy from Emerson. Their sharing underscored the importance of innovation, collaboration, and trust in delivering long-term value to customers.
