Transwater API Sdn Bhd recently held its organisation-wide Townhall, bringing together around 350 employees across all regions. The event marked the beginning of an exciting journey into Financial Year 2026 (FY2026) and served as a meaningful platform to strengthen engagement, foster open communication and reinforce unity across the organisation.
The session also encouraged reflection on Transwater’s shared vision, mission and core values, inspiring collaboration and a renewed sense of purpose as the company moves forward in FY2026.
In conjunction with the Townhall, Transwater also hosted the Awards & Recognition 2025 ceremony to celebrate the outstanding achievements of employees throughout Financial Year 2025 (FY2025). Awards were presented across various categories including Sales-related, Corporate Function-related, Cultural-related, HSES Awards & Recognitions and the Satu TW Team Award, which honoured successful collaborations in both internal and external projects.
It was a proud occasion for Transwater, celebrating the dedication and commitment of its people who continue to drive the company’s success. As Transwater moves ahead in FY2026, the organisation remains focused on growing together and achieving more as Satu Transwater.
